Kevin's background combines a unique and expansive breadth of global experience as a Design Executive leading the integration of retail, merchandising, marketing, retail planning, interior and architectural design, brand strategy, creative services, and brand communications into crafting one of a kind lifestyle/retail destinations.

By leveraging design as a competitive strategy, he has reinvigorated consumer relevance for leading global brands. Kevin combines consumer-insight and trend-savvy solutions with his 45 years of retail development and design leadership working alongside leading retail, marketing and merchandising executives across three continents.

Selected Experiences

  • Senior Vice President of Global Design and Construction for LVMH's DFS Group Ltd with responsibility for the strategic and creative design direction for DFS Galleries, Specialty Stores and Airport Luxury retailing throughout Asia, Europe and the Americas.
  • Advisor to the CEO for LVMH's Group Bon Marche, Paris, France. He was responsible for leading a multi-year renewal and renovation of LVMH 's iconic Le Bon Marche de Paris, and La Grande Epicerie in Paris, France, into one of the undisputable leading global lifestyle and retail destinations.
  • Directed the Merchandising and Design for Beymen's 10,000 square meter Luxury Lifestyle Flagship store, Istanbul, Turkey.
  • Consulted over a multi-year term on the master planning for the Selfridges Group de Bijenkorf's Department Stores Amsterdam, Den Haag, Rotterdam and Utrecht flagship stores as well as the design strategy, store planning and design for Eindhoven Department Stores.
  • Provided strategic merchandising, retail planning and tenant strategies to Multi Development for the 110,000 square meter Rotterdam City Center designed by renowned architect Rem Koolhause and OMA.
  • Between 2007-2009, Kevin was Executive Director of Store Planning, Design, and Construction for the renewal/repositioning of the KaDeWe's Oberpollinger Flagship in Munich, Germany, (2009 HDE Store of the Year) and the reinvention of the Karstadt's Department store experience (spanning 90 stores throughout Germany and expansion into Eastern Europe).
  • Provided Strategic Organizational Development for British Petroleum's (BP), Global Marketing and Design Group.
  • Delivered the Customer Experience and Design Strategy for the Five Star Meadowood Resort and The Prestigious Private Wine Reserve in the heart of Napa Valley, California.
  • On the personal side - A passion for life
